Disco-Funk party from Ukraine
Dance, Drink, Learn, Donate“Before the war on Ukraine this year, we had disco-funk parties in Kyiv. We mostly played on the vinyl. At our parties, people felt free and dressed as they wanted, they danced and communicated with each other without limitations. We discovered new music, developed musical culture and spread love among the guests.”
Labrutepoque got in touch with Alinikus and Dima, aka Mr Blue I love you, thanks to Nico, aka Nick Sanfrancisco. Nico met them in Kyiv and played with them at their party just a week before the war started. At the time we were pretty sure we would have to host their gig in Milan but then things changed very quickly. Together with Alinikus and Dima we decided to host the concert anyway at Labrutepoque.
The entire proceeds will be donated to Helpukraine.center, which provides logistics of humanitarian cargoes from Europe to Ukraine.More info > https://helpukraine.center

Terra Amara è un’associazione culturale che si occupa principalmente di territorialità e aggregazione, con sede a Rionero in Vulture (PZ), Milano e Mottola (TA). La necessità di creare un “ponte” tra la città e le aree interne del Paese, che spesso forniscono braccia e menti proprio alle realtà urbane, è alla base del percorso dell’associazione.
